Job summary

Albert Bartlett is recruiting for a Production Operative (Grading Shed) at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role offers a rolling 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern from 6am to 6pm, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities include accurately grading potato products to meet quality and weight specs, inspecting for defects, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while meeting daily targets. Prior production/grading experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, following all health and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience in production or grading roles is advantageous, particularly in the food industry.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
• Physical fitness is required, as the role will involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
