Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with the healthcare team and families.

Qualifications include an RN license and nursing degree; a BSN is preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license required; nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing is minimum education.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; at least 2 years of experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient- and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
