Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across the labor, delivery, and post-partum continuum. You will assess needs, educate families, and coordinate care in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing.
• RN license required.
• Experience: No Experience; <2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents individualized plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Uses nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, emotional needs of patients.
