You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, document repairs, and collaborate with the team to support fleet operations. Weekly pay, benefits within 30 days, and $28.00–$32.00/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on trailer maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own and maintain personal tools and toolbox.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting.
• Eligible for pre-employment screenings including DOT, if required.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ of hands‑on experience performing class 7 - 8 trailermaintenance and repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below)
• Must be eligible to pass standard pre‑employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile, outside and/or shop environment with exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical materials such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential job functions that include frequent movement such as standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods, as well as lifting heavy objects and accessing tight or confined spaces. Technicians may be required to work at heights using ladders or elevated platforms and must be able to safely perform duties in various weather conditions. Due to the active work environment and movement of large vehicles, the ability to see and hear sufficiently to safely navigate the workspace is required.
