Amerit Fleet Solutions in St. Paul, MN is hiring a Fleet Technician/Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

With 5+ years of hands-on automotive/diesel experience, you will own your toolbox, work independently or with a team, and complete work orders accurately. Weekly pay and a fast benefits start are offered.

Fleet Technician/Mechanic – St. Paul, MN

$40.00 - $50.00 hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits within 30 Days | Potential $500 Sign-On Bonus

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $40.00-$50.00/hour (based on experience)

Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every Friday

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience performing automotive and diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Ability to successfully pass a DOT physical if required for the role

This role involves working in a mobile or shop environment that may include exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential functions that include lifting heavy objects, accessing tight spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling as needed to complete repairs.
