Postdoctoral Scientist – Virginia Commonwealth University

The VCU Institute for Alcohol and Alcohol Studies (VCU IDAS) is currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated postdoctoral scientist to join Dr. Caitlin E. Martin’s multidisciplinary research team. VCU IDAS conducts research across the translational science spectrum related to substance use disorders (SUD), from population-level epidemiologic studies to mechanistic clinical trials.

An ideal candidate will currently have a PhD in a related scientific discipline and an interest in both biological mechanisms and psychosocial drivers of substance use disorders as well as strong scientific writing skills.
