Job description

The Stanford Human Trafficking Data Lab is accepting applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position to contribute to the Lab’s portfolio of projects focused on counter-trafficking research and the development of a comprehensive framework for interagency trafficking survivor case management and monitoring, as well as digital tools to speed the delivery of post-trafficking services for survivors of human trafficking in Brazil.

The position is open to recent graduates of PhD programs in the social sciences, including economics, psychology, public policy, political science, or related fields. The position provides opportunities to participate in rigorous, quantitative research on human trafficking, as well as multiple co-authorship opportunities. Subject matter expertise in human trafficking or the broader human rights and international development field is preferred, but not necessary.

The postdoc will work in partnership with Principal Investigator Grant Miller (Stanford University School of Medicine) and other research team members, and will contribute to the development of RCT study design, participate in field research, conduct data analysis, and disseminate findings through academic publications and presentations.
