Penn State University’s Terrones Lab in the Department of Physics seeks a Postdoctoral Researcher to advance Raman and Photoluminescence spectroscopy studies of graphene, boron nitride, and transition metal dichalcogenides.
The successful candidate will synthesize and spectroscopically characterize 2D materials, work at cryogenic and high-temperature conditions, and contribute to publishable results while collaborating with the lab team.

Postdoctoral Scholar - Condensed Matter Experiment - Terrones Lab
The Eberly College of Science, Department of Physics at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking to fill one Postdoctoral Researcher position in the area of Raman and Photoluminescence spectroscopy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on the synthesis and spectroscopic characterization of two-dimensional materials that include graphene, borono notride and transition metal dichalcogenides. Vast expertise is needed in Resonant Raman spectroscopy and Photoluminescence spectroscopy at high and low temperatures.
Requirements include a Ph.D. in Physics, and the ideal candidate should have experience with experimental condensed matter physics.
