Responsibilities

• Utilize linked clinical datasets to examine relationships between genetic variation and health outcomes.
• Conduct literature review and evidence extraction to support gene- and variant-level curation.
• Contribute to data organization and quality control for curated gene lists and datasets.
• Assist with database updates, including incorporation of new evidence and verification.
• Participate in manuscript preparation, drafting sections, figures/tables, and references.
• Support grant-related activities, literature synthesis, and methods documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and attend project meetings.
• Follow standards for data rigor, reproducibility, and documentation.
• Mentor trainees or students on discrete tasks under senior guidance.
