Qualifications

PhD or equivalent degree in Health Management and Policy, Health Services or related field.
Background check required; pre-employment physical and drug screen may be required.
Term (Fixed Term) position with 40 hours per week; located at Ackerman Rd, 700 (0921).

Responsibilities

Pursue independent and specialized research training under a scientific mentor in CATALYST.
Collaborate with the PI on research about IT innovations in healthcare, quality improvement and patient safety, and population health management.
Prepare oral presentations for national and international conferences, workshops and seminars.
Write and submit manuscripts, articles and research reports for peer‑reviewed journals.
Develop projects, collect data, and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses for pilot studies and new grants.
Participate in bi-monthly team meetings and supervise students where applicable.
Contribute to external funding opportunities and proposal development.
