Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research on engineering education at the undergraduate level and test new educational methodologies and modalities.
• Integrate teaching and learning activities into experimental research on instructional methods.
• Provide instruction and advisement at undergraduate and graduate levels, including courses, recitations, and study sessions.
• Design and implement innovative instructional strategies and interventions and analyze data to measure impact on learning.
• Collaborate with faculty, students, and industry partners to identify challenges and pursue grant funding.
• Mentor graduate and undergraduate students engaged in education-related research and publish findings.
• Other duties as assigned.
