Qualifications

• Ph.D. in genetics, biochemistry, cellular or molecular biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, computational sciences, or related fields with experience in genomic data analysis.
• Experience with duplex sequencing and mutation analysis is preferred.
• Advanced coding in R and Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform duplex sequencing analysis of samples captured with whole exome and targeted panels.
• Perform genomic analyses of natural saturation mutagenesis.
• Perform mutational data analysis, visualization and modeling.
• Contribute to manuscript preparation.
• Contribute to data presentation to collaborators in meetings and conferences.
