The Postdoctoral Researcher will support research in the Environmental Sustainability thrust at CEES, a NSF-funded center within the Texas A&M University System. Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant engineering/science field with strong research background.
• Ability to design and conduct experiments and analyze data.
• Experience mentoring students and disseminating results.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and conduct experiments related to separations/membrane processes, carbon sequestration, life cycle assessment, climate applications, and related areas.
• Analyze data and maintain accurate research records.
• Review literature and prepare manuscripts and technical reports.
• Develop proposals for funding and publish journal articles and grant reports.
• Mentor undergraduate/graduate students and laboratory staff.
• Apply standard techniques and maintain thorough documentation.
• Contribute to other duties to support the center director and team.
