Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational approaches for high-throughput genomic data.
• Analyze RNA-Seq, ChIP-seq, HiC-Seq, ATAC-Seq datasets.
• Publish research findings and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with faculty, biostatisticians, and bioinformaticians on translational cancer research.
