Nemours is seeking a Post Doctoral Fellow to join the Center for Healthcare Delivery Science (CHDS) in Wilmington, DE. The fellow will extend and refine research and clinical skills under a mentor to prepare for an independent research career, with potential licensure hours for psychology track.

CHDS collaborates with healthcare systems, schools, and communities to transform how children and families thrive.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate Degree (Ph.D., M.D., J.D.) Required.
• Must be currently enrolled in PhD program, completed degree requirements and defended dissertation to begin fellowship
• 1-3 years of job related experience

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, conduct scholarly research including literature reviews and study design.
• Collect and analyze data and prepare research papers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss and plan work.
• Write draft grant proposals and assist in external funding applications.
• Participate in journal clubs, seminars, lectures, and conferences.
• If licensure is pursued, provide clinical psychology services under supervision.
