The NASA Postdoctoral Program (NPP) supports NASA’s goal to expand scientific understanding of Earth and the universe. It offers US and international scientists the opportunity to advance research while contributing to NASA's scientific goals.

Appointments are renewable for up to three years. Stipends start at $70,000 with additional allowances for cost‑of‑living areas, plus a $10,000 travel budget and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Recent and Senior-Level PhD recipients are eligible.

• Engage in NASA research across Earth science, planetary science, heliophysics, astrophysics and more.
