Qualifications

• MD or PhD required.

Responsibilities

• Postdoctoral fellow will investigate viral persistence in alphavirus infections.
• Develop complex in vitro models using organoids to model tissue-specific persistence.
• Use replicon reporter systems to study viral mutations over long-term infections.
• Perform transcriptomics and RNA-pull down experiments to characterize host–virus interactions.
