University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Kaoud Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to investigate how TRPM7 integrates channel and kinase activities to regulate ion-channel signaling and cancer cell plasticity.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree required.
• Strong background in biochemistry, molecular biology or related field.
• Experience with protein biochemistry or cellular signaling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biochemical, molecular, and biophysical studies of TRPM7 signaling and cancer cell plasticity.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings.
• Prepare manuscripts and contribute to grant applications.
