Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or R and HPC experience; GWAS or sequencing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and/or develop pipelines to analyze phenotypic and genetic data.
• Work with A-BIG-NET and large public biobank datasets.
