Job summary

HireLifeScience in Cambridge, MA seeks a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to advance multimodal AI for pathology. You will integrate histology, transcriptomics, and spatial biology to characterize tumor microenvironment and generate novel biological insights from routine H&E images.

Qualifications

• PhD or expected by Spring 2027 in a quantitative field relevant to computational pathology.
• Strong machine learning, deep learning, and data science background.
• Experience with multimodal data integration and biomedical analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven research productivity through publications or presentations.

Responsibilities

• Advance AI/ML methods connecting pathology images with molecular and spatial data.
• Develop interpretable approaches to study tissue organization and tumor microenvironment.
• Integrate multimodal datasets to support biomarker discovery and hypothesis generation.
• Collaborate with data science, pathology, biology, and translational teams.
• Communicate findings through presentations, publications, and cross-functional discussions.
