Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in neuroscience, neurobiology, cancer biology or related field.
• Experience with neuronal cell culture or differentiation and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with spatial transcriptomics or single-cell technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Characterize effects of metabolic stress on brain injury using mouse brain tissues for spatial transcriptomics and neuronal cell models for in vitro studies.
• Investigate interactions between tumor cells and neurons to understand neural regulation of tumor progression.
• Develop expertise in spatial transcriptomics, neuronal differentiation, imaging, data analysis, and translational cancer research.
