The Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the TRIBE Lab within Northeastern University's Department of Physical Therapy, Movement, and Rehabilitation Sciences will build and test educational interventions for rehabilitation professionals and assess community-based programs for people with disabilities. Start date January 2027.

Under the PI, you will coordinate studies, conduct qualitative and mixed-method analyses, contribute to manuscripts and grants, and mentor students while developing toward

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a related field completed by the start date.
• Knowledge of qualitative and mixed-method research design and analysis.
• Understanding of research ethics and IRB procedures.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of studies and IRB submissions.
• Lead qualitative/mixed-methods analyses and manuscript preparation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and outcome measures for programs.
• Mentor student researchers and translate findings for partners.
