Qualifications

• MD or PhD in a closely related field (e.g. Chemistry, Physics, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular biology, etc).
• Extensive expertise in computational modeling of proteins and/or computational method development.
• Academic and research software relevant to job duties (Linux operating system, Gaussian/ ORCA , AMBER /OpenMM, coding skills in Python).

Responsibilities

• Perform research on computational modeling of EF-hand proteins
• Perform method development for relevant systems of EF-hand proteins
• Supervise and instruct graduate and undergraduate students in Dr. Pengfei Li’s lab
