Qualifications

• Strong skills in case conceptualization, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT).
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed, person-centered care.
• Effective written and verbal communication with accurate clinical documentation in EHR.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and receive supervision.
• Flexibility to manage a full-time clinical caseload with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with measurement-based care, risk assessment, and crisis intervention is beneficial.
• Interest in community mental health, outpatient settings, or integrated care environments.
