Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in biomedical sciences or related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Python and R; GitHub familiarity.
• Experience with AI/ML methods in biomedicine.

Responsibilities

• Developing new statistical models using biomedical data related to cancer.
• Writing new R packages or Shiny Apps for methodology.
• Applying AI/ML tools (Python, R) to test hypotheses.
• Developing benchmarks and evaluating algorithms with staff.
• Contributing to writing papers and literature reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
