Position Overview

The Department of Biomedical Sciences is seeking individuals to join our group of neuroscientists seeking to solve grand challenges in neuroscience, healthcare, and computing. The successful applicants will contribute to this effort by creating new AI/ML models to analyze large experimental and clinical datasets, as well as simulate brain molecules, cells, and circuits, to deepen our understanding of brain function. These efforts aim to accelerate the discovery of novel therapeutics and uncover new ways to harness biological principles for advancing computation, including neuromorphic computing. Successful candidates will contribute to cutting-edge research and technology creation at the intersection of neuroscience and AI, with opportunities for innovation and collaboration across multiple disciplines. Candidates are expected to have experience in cutting edge AI technologies and their applications in healthcare.
