He or she should be well versed in molecular biology(pcr, sequencing , cloning, western blotting etc), virology techniques ( virus growth, titration, immunofluorescence assays) , animal work ( immunization, challenge , etc) and assay development to characterize the immune responses ( flow or cell based, peptide stimulation etc). We are specifically looking for candidates with experience with single cell sequencing/ bcr- tcr repertoire analysis in addition to the above-mentioned requirements.
