Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Post-Doctoral Fellow to join our growing clinic network across the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. This fellowship offers advanced training in both psychological assessment and intervention, designed for candidates who have recently completed their doctoral degree and are eligible for licensure in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will share our passion for pediatric populations, interdisciplinary teamwork, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents, including autism spectrum disorders (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, and other developmental concerns.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to pediatric clients and their caregivers.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary consultation alongside ABA, OT, and speech teams.
  • Deliver feedback and recommendations to families following evaluations, using parent-friendly, strengths-based language.
  • Supervise practicum trainees.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities (didactics, supervision meetings) in preparation for licensure.
  • Be sure to review eligibility requirements for the state of Oklahoma

Training and Professional Development

This fellowship is structured to support your transition toward independent practice/licensure.

  • Regular individual and group supervision by licensed psychologists
  • A varied, balanced caseload that includes both assessments and outpatient therapy/intervention work
  • Support and guidance toward licensure eligibility in Oklahoma
  • Opportunity to refine (or develop) a professional identity in pediatric psychology, with emphasis on strengths-based, family-centered care and contribution to underserved populations
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Completion of an APA-accredited internship (or equivalent) and eligibility to apply for licensure in Oklahoma
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in pediatric populations (e.g., autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning differences). Experience with the ADOS-2 is preferred
  • Growth-oriented mindset and enthusiasm to contribute to interdisciplinary team work, training of others, and continuous professional development
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with children, families, schools, and other professionals
