Qualifications

• Ph.D. in genetics, computational biology, statistics, computer science, biomedical engineering, mathematics, or related fields; MD with research experience encouraged.
• Significant research experience in computational biology and its common applications; experience in R and/or Python; cloud computing experience.
• Strong background in statistics and biology; ability to manage and curate large datasets.
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to work self-directed and in teams.
• Outstanding initiative and ability to meet deadlines and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design projects in computational pediatric cancer research.
• Develop and optimize data processing and analysis pipelines.
