• Strong communication and ability to work in interdisciplinary environments.
• Experience with human subject research and related ethics/regulatory approvals (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and utilize athletic data to improve team performance and athlete well-being.
• Develop and maintain tools for data curation, visualization, and AI-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with UF researchers and University Athletic Association (UAA) staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, NCAA, and UAA privacy and reporting regulations.
• Contribute to scientific publications, reports, and educational initiatives.
