Job summary

The laboratory of Dr. Elaine F. Reed at UCLA is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Scholar within the Immunogenetics Center, in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, David Geffen School of Medicine (DGSOM).

The lab uses multiparameter immunophenotyping, transcriptomics, proteomics, and spatial omics to study alloimmune responses in transplantation. A highly collaborative environment with diverse experts awaits.

Qualifications

• Recent PhD and/or MD/PhD within the past 2 years in immunology, molecular, or cellular biology.
• Skillful in flow cytometry, immune functional assays, ELISA, and culture of primary human cells.
• Experience with single cell and spatial omics datasets and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to ongoing projects and expand novel independent research in a collaborative environment.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team within UCLA's Immunogenetics Center.
