The New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate to advance powder-based pharmaceutical product development. The successful candidate will lead experimental studies, integrate data with predictive models, and collaborate with CIMSEPP researchers.

Candidates should have a PhD in Engineering with hands-on particle handling and modeling experience, and be able to publish results and contribute to NSF IUCRC activities.

Formación

• PhD in Engineering with significant hands-on experience in particle handling and processing, plus modeling tools.
• Strong expertise in powder characterization, processing, unit operations, and particulate physics.
• Proficiency in coding for data analysis and applying predictive models is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead challenging research topics in powder based drug product development.
• Integrate experimental data with prediction tools and physics-based ML methods.
• Supervise students and serve as main point of contact for experimental topics.
