Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments with minimal oversight.
• Develop testable hypotheses and experimental frameworks.
• Maintain rigorous lab records and data integrity.
• Manage project timelines and communicate progress to PI.
• Lead writing and submission of first-author manuscripts.
• Mentor rotation and graduate students; train staff on new methods.
