Job summary

Susan Myket, Ph.D. & Associates, a Naperville family psychology practice, is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Psychology Fellow focused on psychological and neuropsychological assessment.

The role blends in-person evaluation in Naperville with flexible work from home. You will assess children, adolescents, and adults, and provide reports and feedback sessions that guide families, schools, and professionals.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program (can include date anticipated).
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship (can include date anticipated).
• Experience administering and interpreting cognitive, academic, diagnostic, and social-emotional assessments.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for neurodevelopmental and other diagnostic disorders.
• Strong technical writing skills for psychological and neuropsychological reports.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Write clear, detailed reports that provide actionable next steps for individuals, families, schools, and health providers.
• Lead feedback sessions that translate test results into practical strategies.
• Collaborate with clinicians in a multidisciplinary approach to each case.
• Participate in ongoing supervision to build diagnostic skills and clinical perspective.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with professional and ethical standards.
