You will build AI/ML models from imaging, transcriptomics and proteomics data, analyze cellular heterogeneity, publish research findings, and collaborate across teams to translate models into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related
• within 6 months of completion
• expertise in AI/ML for biological applications, deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs), and experience with multimodal biological data
• proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow

Responsibilities
