Job summary

University of Pennsylvania, Center for Biomedical Image Computing and Analytics (CBICA) in the Radiology department, invites applications for two postdoctoral positions focused on computational neuroimaging and machine learning.

The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative research environment developing scalable methods for analyzing large neuroimaging datasets to understand brain health and disease.

Qualifications

  • PhD in a quantitative field with strong image analysis background.
  • Experience with deep learning and neuroimaging data (MRI or PET) is highly desirable.
  • Strong research publication record and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop computational methods for MRI and PET data analysis to extract imaging biomarkers.
  • Apply machine learning approaches to neuroimaging and clinical data to improve disease characterization and prediction.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on NIH-funded projects and share findings.
