Responsibilities

Conduct bioinformatics data analysis – analyze genomic, metagenomic, and phylogenomic datasets
Executing molecular wet lab protocols – generating DNA extractions, library preparation, sequencing prep
Writing up research results and preparing manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals
Other duties as assigned
