• Conduct independent and collaborative research on hPSC-derived airway/alveolar differentiation and disease models.
• Develop and optimize hPSC maintenance, directed lung differentiation, ALI culture, and related in vitro disease-modeling experiments.
• Design and execute studies on epithelial cell fate specification and airway/lung maturation.
