Qualifications

• PhD in a humanistic discipline with focus on character education and/or virtue theory.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to two core undergraduate courses tied to the character education framework.
• Partner with PIs to support faculty and student virtue-education training.
• Support outreach to colleges and the broader public.
• Design and lead the biweekly character colloquium and integrate topics with curriculum.
• Attend weekly project team meetings.
• Contribute to assessment planning, execution, and review of outcomes.
• Coordinate implementation and analysis of the diagnostic framework across courses.
• Collaborate on pedagogical scholarship and advance your own research agenda.
• Work with in-house support and student assistants to develop Canvas LMS modules for scalable use.
