Job summary

The Baslan Lab at the University of Pennsylvania's Biomedical Sciences department is recruiting five Postdoctoral Fellows (computational & experimental) to study cancer genomes, with a focus on Copy Number Alterations and their impact on cancer and immune biology.

Candidates should have a Ph.D., a strong publication record, and skills in molecular biology, sequencing data analysis, and machine learning. Both US citizens and international applicants are welcome; start date negotiable.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required and publication record.
• Experience in molecular biology, sequencing data analysis, and ML is preferred.

Responsibilities
