Train New Trainers (TNT) Primary Care Fellowships seeks a Postdoctoral Scholar to receive mentored training in medical education program evaluation. The role involves analyzing large healthcare datasets, contributing to scholarly publications, and supporting mental health care access initiatives across diverse populations.

The position emphasizes advanced statistical expertise and experience with provider- and patient-level health data, with a start target in early 2027.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a field related to psychiatry, medicine, public health, or data science.
• Experience with research design and large datasets.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and programming languages (R, Python, SAS).
• Interest in medical education, program evaluation, or mental health services research.

Responsabilités

• Conduct program evaluation for TNT initiatives.
• Analyze large healthcare datasets using advanced statistical methods.
• Develop and support research projects to improve mental health care access across diverse populations.
• Assist with research administration including IRB applications, literature reviews, longitudinal tracking, data processing, and grant writing.
• Collaborate with TNT faculty and research team to disseminate findings through manuscripts, presentations, workshops, and other forums.
