New York University is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral associate in Kenny Chan Lab, within the College of Dentistry's Molecular Pathobiology department in New York, NY. The role focuses on bi-directional gut-brain communication and neuroimmune interactions, integrating neuroscience, immunology and gastroenterology.

The candidate will conduct immunology/neuroimmunology-based experiments, perform data analysis, literature reviews, and prepare findings for publications and presentations.

Formación

• PhD/MD/Doctoral degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience working with rodents in research.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for teamwork and departmental events.
• Experience with flow cytometry, stereotaxic surgery and microscopy preferred.
