• Experience in computational biology and its common applications in R/Python, and cloud computing.
• Strong background in statistics and biology.

Responsibilities

• Whole-genome sequencing and single-cell sequencing analysis of tumor samples.
• Study resistance to therapies using patient-derived data.
• Study patient samples for tumor behavior and clinical outcomes.
• Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms for pediatric oncology questions.
