Qualifications

• Ph.D. in computational biology or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to build and release computational methods adopted by others.
• Strong Python and/or R programming in Linux/command-line environments.
• Experience with single-cell and/or long-read sequencing data and workflows.
• At least one first-author peer-reviewed publication.

Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms and software behind the single-cell long-read platform.
• Create isoform-level quantification methods and multi-omics integration tools.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to co-design platform components.
• Provide software that is useful to others with shareable source code.
