Qualifications

  • Experience with pharmacology and drug response studies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated publication record in peer-reviewed journals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead independent studies investigating molecular, cellular, epigenetic, and signaling mechanisms of resistance in solid tumors.
  • Design and perform molecular, cellular, and pharmacologic experiments using cell-based, ex vivo, and patient-derived cancer models.
  • Characterize oncogenic pathways, adaptive cellular states, and resistance-associated vulnerabilities.
  • Integrate molecular, genomic, transcriptomic, epigenetic, and phenotypic data to identify drivers of response and resistance.
  • Develop and validate predictive biomarkers of therapeutic outcomes, including blood-based assays and methylation tests.
  • Advance translational studies supporting precision oncology trials and biomarker-guided strategies.
  • Collaborate with basic, computational, and clinical investigators and present findings.
  • Prepare manuscripts for publication in high-impact journals and contribute to grants.
