Qualifications

  • MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
  • No experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and maintains reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for large-scale cancer omics datasets.
  • Analyzes bulk RNA-seq data, including QC, normalization, differential expression, and pathway analyses.
  • Analyzes single-cell RNA-seq datasets, including QC, clustering, cell-type annotation, and trajectory analysis.
  • Performs computational analysis of spatial transcriptomics data and integration with single-cell data.
  • Analyzes proteomics and metabolomics datasets, including normalization and statistical testing.
  • Analyzes ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq data, including QC and motif analysis, integration with expression data.
  • Analyzes imaging mass cytometry (CyTOF) datasets for high-dimensional phenotyping and spatial organization.
  • Develops workflows for multi-omics integration and biomarker discovery.
  • Performs high-performance computing and cloud-based data processing as needed.
  • Contributes to manuscript preparation and presenting results at meetings.
