Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Experience in atomistic simulations and/or AI and programming.
• Excellent knowledge of chemistry, physics or computer science.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask; molecular modeling and AI model development.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled protein function prediction, MD simulation and ligand binding.
• Develop workflows; conduct drug and vaccine design research.
• Perform molecular modeling and software development.
• Coordinate with faculty, mentors and collaborators.
• Prepare manuscripts and present results.
