Responsibilities

• Lead independent research projects focused on digital biomarkers for cognitive impairment and related disorders.
• Develop research questions and test hypotheses using multimodal clinical and imaging data.
• Design and conduct analyses evaluating AI-derived biomarkers.
• Contribute to new research directions and future studies.
• Develop and evaluate machine learning and multimodal AI approaches using voice, speech, language, OCT, and OCTA data.
• Apply supervised, unsupervised, and foundation-model approaches to classification, prediction, phenotyping, and biomarker discovery.
• Integrate clinical and biomarker datasets into multimodal analyses.
• Participate in mentoring and career development activities.
• Receive training in advanced statistics, responsible AI, reproducible science, and research ethics.
• Develop skills in grant writing, study design, and scientific leadership.
• Create an individualized development plan with mentoring guidance.
• Prepare manuscripts as lead or co-author for peer-reviewed journals.
• Present findings at local, national, and international meetings.
• Contribute to progress reports and grant applications.
