Job summary

Asante in Medford, OR is hiring a Post-Surgery Unit RN to care for post-surgical patients including General and Vascular surgery, ENT, GYN, and Urology. This 38-bed unit features remote telemetry and MBSAQIP accreditation; nurse-to-patient ratios are 4:1 to 5:1 days and 4:1 to 6:1 nights.

You will join a dynamic team focused on mentoring staff, advancing practice, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Six months of acute care experience preferred.
• RN licensure required upon start.
• BLS certification required upon start.

Responsibilities

• Care for post-surgical patients in a 38-bed unit with remote telemetry beds.
• Be part of a dynamic team that mentors staff and supports education.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure quality care.
