Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices is seeking a Post-Silicon Power and Performance Validation Engineer to drive power/performance validation for custom silicon in gaming platforms. You will collaborate with architecture, firmware, and IP teams to develop test plans, conduct lab studies, and analyze data to ensure specifications are met and features are optimized after silicon in fast-paced, multi-site environments.

• Familiarity with graphics, core, and gaming-focused workloads.
• Ability to analyze and present data from lab studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans in collaboration with architects, firmware, and IP-specific engineering teams to ensure products meet or exceed performance targets.
• Work with architects and the business team to support current and future products.
• Execute power and performance studies to support business development.
• Validate and tune product features post-silicon.
• Set up and debug systems under test.
